This staff is incredible! Dr. Barnes was so professional and friendly. It’s hard to say that a dental appointment with drilling and Novacaine is enjoyable but this crew kept me totally at ease. From making an appointment with Ragan and Courtney, to dental assistants Odalis and Jess to a great cleaning from Christy — yes I worked with all of them in one day— this is a team I would highly recommend. Thanks all! See you in six months!

Dr. Barnes is very very good at her job!!! I had a tooth extracted and didn't feel a thing. She is amazing and her assistant Odalis was amazing as well. If I could give 10 stars I would. If you've had bad experiences at other dentist's offices, come here they will change your outlook on dental work.

Dr. Barnes is awesome! I had an extraction this morning and the whole procedure from start to finish was pain free and quick! I’ve never experienced that before so I know where I’ll be going for future needs! I also picked up my mouth guard and it’s a perfect fit too! I highly recommend Carolina Dentistry & Dentures and Dr. Barnes for all your dental needs. Her, her dental assistants and office staff are super nice which makes the experience that much more pleasant. Give her a try. You will be taken care of and will walk out as impressed as me.

I had such a wonderful experience today at Carolina Dentistry & Dentures! I recently moved from Wilmington to Salisbury and needed an emergency dental appointment. The office worked to fit me in for an appointment even though I was a new patient. Dr. Barnes has an incredible bedside manner—patient, kind, and genuinely caring. Everyone in the office was so friendly and upbeat that it honestly feels like they only hire people with amazing personalities. From start to finish, the whole visit was comfortable and positive. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care and a great atmosphere!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience at Carolina Dentistry. Dr. Barnes was incredibly reassuring and showed compassion unlike any other dentist I’ve visited. From the moment I checked in until the time I left, I felt truly seen, heard, and cared for. Jess and Odalis were also amazing—kind, attentive, and supportive throughout my visit. After a history of severe anxiety from past traumas and surgeries, it was refreshing and comforting to be in an office where the entire team made me feel safe and at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Barnes and the entire staff at Carolina Dentistry. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional care, and I’m so grateful for the experience.

I saw Dr. T and her assistant Jess today, May 20th, 2026 at Carolina dentistry in Salisbury. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I am a child when it comes to pain and Dr. T made me feel at ease with her bedside manner. She explained everything to me and informed me that with their new technology, root canals are not as painful as they used to be. I have searched for over a year for a good dental practice and I think I've finally found one. Everyone was all smiles from the front desk to the rear and I felt like they actually wanted me there. Thank you Carolina Dentistry. I am finally home. Angel

I am very pleased with the outcome and professional services provided by the staff at carolina dentistry and dentures from start to finish two weeks three visits. I think now I had my full set of new teeth. I’ve had my dentures for a little more than five weeks and finally getting used to eating with them. It takes a while to get over the newness other than that well please and satisfied.

I cannot even begin to express how pleased I am with my experience with Dr. Barnes and her staff here at Carolina Dentistry and Dentures! I had gone to 2 other dentist prior and knew I was going to have to have all of my teeth removed. The emotional distress was overwhelming to say the least. The other offices were cold and distant and in my opinion very judgemental. I felt like 1 out of hundreds...just another patient. But at Carolina Dentistry I feel seen! From booking my first appointment with Regan to meeting Dr Barnes, I have been treated with the utmost respect, empathy and professionalism. Today I received my bottom dentures. I know God sent me to this practice. The staff was so supportive and Kayla, the dental assistant was amazing! She put me at ease and made me feel so much better about losing all of my bottom teeth today. Dr.Barnes is absolutely an ANGEL! She explained everything, was very patient, professional and even motherly in the best way. My dentures are amazing! They look so real. I told you ..I can't even wrap my gratitude up in one review. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a personable dental team! They have taken something so traumatic to me and made it such an empowering experiece! Thank yall from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Everyone has been so kind and patient. Having dental anxiety I was dreading to have issues addressed. All of the staff, starting from the front desk with Courtney and Ragan to Dr Barnes, to assistants Kayla and Jess, and hygenist Christy, have made sure to explain every step and do their very best to put me at ease. I would highly recommend this practice for your dental needs

Amazing visit. The staff are wonderful. They listen and are attentive to your needs. Its not a 15 min cash grab and out the door. I would highly recommend Carolina Dentistry. Keep up the great work!
